This sounds funky.........

"Power is routed to the rear wheels through a Fluid Drive unit connected to a semi-automatic transmission with high and low ranges consisting of two speeds each. Shifting between high range, low range, and reverse is through use of the shifter and Safety Clutch, while shifting between the two speeds of each range is accomplished by increasing or decreasing pressure on the accelerator."

Cool , clutch auto matic too.

I believe that sounds right. Semi-autos were weird beasts.

RC...Thanks for posting this rear beast up. That not only is a Land Barge, but a Big Ol' Cruiser as well. That thing is a real beauty too. Looking at all the pics, the seats look obviously original as the striations in the leather show a lot of butt time. I especially like the wood grain floor in the rear. Just a real beauty and I bet it is a blast to drive!!! cr8crshr/Bill:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::usflag::usflag::usflag:

Me. I'd love that to be a tastefully done resto mod. Interior, exterior. Dont touch a damn thing. But mechanics be all modern.

Slow and easy and enjoy the ride would be my approach on this one..Pretty cool
