Hello. I have always owned a muscle car since high school in the 70's. I have owned most all different brands but seem to only desire and keep the mopars. I currently have a 70 coronet sixpack 4 speed convertable, 70 charger 6 pack super track pack money pit and a 71 charger 383 4 speed car with no original running gear. I purchased a hellcrate motor and a tremec with all the necessary parts for installation. I need advice from the members of this forum. Thanks

Welcome to the site!! Might start a thread in the regular forums to get more attention to what you need although you will probably get some here....but a specific thread is usually better.

Welcome from North Carolina. A lot of horsepower in that motor, with potential for lots more. Post up some pictures of your cars. We love car **** here.

Magnum Force for the suspension parts and alternate K member, box the subframes. In tank fuel pump only. These motors are a beast trust me i know
Welcome lucky guy going like Hell 'n a Crate! Thought Magnum Force K-members were poorly made and welds are sub-standard? Am I mistaken?

Welcome aboard from NJ. As Mentioned..............................
:xscuseless::lol:

Welcome from Cincinnati!

What car is it going in? Many high horsepower builds opt for a full chassis. They’re expensive but when you consider what front and rear suspension, rear end, body reinforcement, etc. will cost it’s not such a huge step.

Wasn't Magnum Force the company that had a bunch of poor quality parts and even worse customer service?

welcome to FBBO from NorCal Sierras

sounds like some nice cars/MoPars

check out the Rest-Mod & Pro-Touring forum section here
right up your alley too

good luck

I could be mistaken, but Magnumforce guy kind of disappeared from the business. He pissed off a lot of people. He used to be right here in my backyard and the shop has since closed. I went with Gerst which is now QA1, and I know RMS has a great reputation as well for front and rear suspension.

The Hellcrate is going into the 71 charger, roadkill style. I want to leave as much as i can stock but not overlook safety. The plan is to get 130 then 150 mph certified by SCTA at the salt flats. Then, upgrade whats necessary for 200mph.

I’m very happy with GERST. I wouldn’t install a Magnumforce kit if it was free. I have yet to see, hear, or read anything positive about them.

Hellcrate motor in a 71 Charger?
Suggest suspension upgrades and a certified roll cage up front.

Welcome from Missouri!! Start at the front and work your way back, added strength will be needed.
