There use to be one around here that has a SBC in it & ran mid 7’s in the 1/8 th. Had full interior & roll cage

I know a guy... He has a pretty bad *** Hemi powered PT. Maybe he will chime in. I have a picture of it but its his ride and wouldn't post a picture unless he approves.

Yes. 6.1 bored and stroked to 7.0, Art Morrison full frame, 9" ford 4 link rear suspension. , F.A.S.T. fuel injection and transmission controller. A/C moved to the rear.

I think it had a chop done, IIRC a steel main-body
& extended/widened the original body
with a bunch highly modified fiberglass doors & hatch,
lexan windows
slant/wedged nose, or more likely carbon-fiber bolt-ons
it was fast, easily a 7 second car, Mild blown Hemi on methanol
the passes I saw he was having trouble with traction,
hot muggy day, it was easily 10+ or more years ago too
