Hey GTX Tom, I’m at Carlisle too! Don’t have parts with me but I have a 1972 Charger at home and don’t plan on using the radio if you think it might help you. I can’t tell you how/if works!!! I “gutted “ the car a while back and the radio sits on a shelf in the garage. When I get back to LI I could see if it might be useful to you if you think you’d be interested. Rick
Thanks Rick, but found one at the show Thursday , thanks again

Great show, meet some cool new people, spent all my car allowance but found parts I need for next step. Working my way back to Ga. with much incentive after this weekend. Shout out and thanks to Hawk

Been going for close to 30 years but this year after 4 trips around the venders I found 3 things to take home (plenty of 68-70 b-body and e-body stuff). Not being an investment banker there was not much I could afford anyway. Scarcest lot of ‘for sale’ cars I’ve even seen, many empty spots under the roof. Food jumped 35% too. Sign of the Times I guess! ILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR THOUGH!
My room 30 miles south for Thursday and Friday nite was $340

It’s Bike Week in nearby Gettysburg. Who knew. How about some Sunday Drag Racing at South Mountain? View attachment 1136397

It's been Gettysburg Bike Week on the same week as Chrysler Carlisle for quite some time now. I'm thinking they didn't have the turnout like they've had in the past. I might be wrong but I didn't witness the amount of bikes on the road around here like in the past. I was behind a group of about 20 coming back from Carlisle on Friday and one heck of a downpour broke loose. Sucked to have been them!

It was great to have you here on this end of the States

It was yes but not 3,000 like they hoped

I did a "walk in registration" on Thursday and they hand wrote my sticker. I'm thinking the 2453 was the count at that time.

I might have told one of our FBBO participants this weekend that it was 2800 on my sticker. My apologies.

Sounds like 2916 cars on there Facebook page

They have a lot of videos and pictures also

Wow on this 1971 Charger

First, thanks to all who came to the picnic lunch. I think we had about 40 people total, although a number of people were there at different times - some towards the beginning and some towards the end. A lot of people helped in some way, so thank you to all that helped, including contributing towards tent costs through the "tip box". In the end, the FBBO tent only cost me $20, so that was very reasonable, thanks to the folks that contributed. I have still not been able to get in contact with Carlisle personnel to see if we had enough registrants to make the tent free next year, but that is a task for another day.

Apologies if I wasn't able to chat with many of you - I was pretty busy at the grill for a while! At any rate, I hope folks got a chance to meet some other FBBO members and have a good time.

Here are a couple of additional pictures:

This was my humble abode for the time I was at Carlisle. You can see the tent in front of the truck. Steve (@FU64RY ) was our neighbor to the left. Great to hang out with him - thanks Steve for a good time!

This was cool and different. An executive car that allowed the front seat to swivel backwards to have a meeting in the car!

@hsorman Thank you for the hospitality! It was great to put some faces with the names. We really enjoyed our first time to the show. Lots of great people and awesome cars. Here’s a few pics I took.

I just looked over my registration from this year and noticed I registered as Dodge B-body and not a Plymouth. I'm an idiot, Grade-A Certified bonehead.

South Mountain Raceway. The Chevy bias announcer went on and on about the Mopar looking at the tail of the Chevy. Then, the Challenger (looks like mine) kicked the Chevys ***. He did not say another word. If you can blow up the picture, you can see the wrinkling of the rear tire on the Hellcat.
Bitchin.

Been going to that show since the first one over 25 years ago and never won 1st until this year! I was stunned when the wife called from home with the results, especially knowing what other nice cars were in that class (68 Dodge B-Body Stock). Couldn't have been a more memorable weekend @ Carlisle.
Congratulations - well done!!!
