…..so…..

New brake lines, cylinders and the whole bit. All went together fine, but I seem to get a few drips from the cylinders?

Rehone them and maybe new guts. Stainless or brass sleeve them, done.

Where are they leaking?

I’m going to go over these throughly in the morning

So, no leak overnight. I guess I dribbled some fluid when I was bleeding them and it was just dripping from there.....I'll keep an eye on it.

Ok, brake cylinders are not the issue.....but rather the front hoses that screw into the cylinders. Those things are pissing me off. They really dont like to seat.

Ok, so I get a pretty consistent leak from the front brake hoses

Oh ****…., looks like no….both sides

That was it. Damn hoses from parts store had no seals ….and I must have forgot to check

As always, you guys are great

So to say my front brake cylinders leaked some but was using Dot 5. The quit finely. The stainless steel lines I bought from in line tube had problem's with the fitting' leaking. But after tighten again and again they finely seated. Good luck

In Line makes good stuff, but you need to make sure to seat and unseat the fitting 3-4 times to make a good seal….they have a vid on it

What video just old school. Tighten twice and three time's to make sure. LOL. Thanks.

Agreed, but look how dumb I am looking to see if I forgot the washers on my installation…..duh

Ho well we all have our moment's. When trying to get a job done. Now where did I put that wrench I had a moment ago. Oh it is in my back pocket. LOL.
