Hey all,
Just throwing this out here to see if anybody knows anything. My dad sold his green 68 charger vinyl top sometime in the early 90’s in Minnesota around the twin cities. VIN is XP29F88348076. My dads name is Mark Kyllo. Thanks for any info.

I can't help with the answer, but I'm guessing the second 8 is actually a "B".

What do you want to do? Contact the owner? Buy it back? what. You could try contacting the registrar of motor vehicles in MN. (DMV). I don't know if they'll give you that information. You may have already tried. If you have a close relationship with a member of law enforcement, you might be able to get them to look that up for you. I don't see many vintage muscle cars rolling around on the streets much anymore. It's gotten more dangerous these past few years. I'd say the best way to find out what happened to it would be to search your dad's records.
