Need suggestions as to how to mount OEM fan shroud 2 aftermarket radiator. Thanks in advance

On my ColdCase radiator I reamed out the holes and used bolts and washers. Now could you post some pics so maybe we could see what your dealing with.

does the shroud fit flush?

Are you looking for factory correct or just a clean look. Also if the fan does not sit 2/3s out of shroud it will not be doing its purpose. I installed an aluminum radiator and then had to change my fan setup do to it not being right in the shroud.

pic of the right side of shroud were hose is please.

I just noticed,Why the shroud you have an electric fan,is it not staying cool?

you shouldnt need it since the electric fan runs on a temp sensor

That shroud wont work because of the top hose.

Yes and its usually the company that sells the radiator, its a package set that gos with the fan setup. Your trying to use a factory shroud with an after market radiator and electric fan.

That's the problem. Don't understand what the temperature switch has to do with airflow though.

electric fans turn on when it get to a certain temp and says on even when you turn your car off. A factory fan runs only when the engine is running. The factory shroud and fan are set a certain distance to pull the air threw. If fan is not at right distance with shroud it will not pull the air correct and thats when engines over heats or runs hot..
