68 charger rear upper door panel install

is there a trick to these or an I missing something? Installed my front uppers with no problem. The rears do not seen to line up with any holes for the clips. It should just go into the door metal like the fronts correct? What am I doing wrong?

Do you have the inner mounts attached to the inner quarter.
