Just wanted to say got the carb all lined out. Had bought new brass floats for this 650 carb. Put 80 jet's in. The secondary would flood or just go dry. The front bowl was adjusting but had issues with it also. So took it apart one more time and had said to my self what the heck is going on. Now don't know how I missed this. The tang on the floats that work the needle valve was not making full contact. They where off so bent them towards the carb to center the needle in the middle of the tang. This carb has the sight glasses to see the fuel in the bowl's. Set it with motor running to half full. Ok now for the test drive. Man what a difference it made. Have built and rebuilt a many of carbs. Don't know how I missed this. Think I was just to excited that the car was drive able. Got frustrated that it was not doing what it should. So all is well it ran like a bat out of hell for sure. So any one else it is like you just have to walk away and come back and you see what you have missed. Or like my old man use to say try try again and you will succeed. Happy motoring guy's.
