Source for front hubs for drum spindles?

Looking for replacement hubs for front drum spindles, a couple of the studs on mine are working loose. I see dr. diff has some billet ones for $300, but I'm more interested in stock replacements. Is there a good source for these or should I be looking for used take-offs?

Not sure of a source but you could probably get some lug studs with a larger knurl. If the stock studs are .635 knurl maybe step up to something like .650?

Wild Cat Auto Wreckers in Oregon is a all Mopar yard. Stephen's Performance in Alabama also sells used Mopar parts.

there is a guy in NY that sell new old stock studs for drum brakes. left and right I just bought 2 set from him at Carlisle. I can get you his number this evening.

there is a guy in NY that sell new old stock studs left and right. I bought 2 sets from him in Carlisle. His name is MIKE . you'll have to have them swedge into the hub. Brake warehouse in MN does it for 60.00 at hub. I can give you his number later this evening. I'll have to look for it. He's a member on this site

Want to sell these to funknut but after looking at pictures I noticed that there is no shoulder for swagging, threads go right to hub. If he uses them as is would it be a problem?? The drum would be held by center of hub. T

hese are 3" studs.

Just weld a short bead on the back of the stud. The way half of the studs that are out there are made they might be loose after installing them anyway. Ask me how I know.

You will find occasional NOS - and they WILL be pricey.
Some used stuff out there also; the usual "buyer beware" on those, of course.
Aftermarket replacement parts world does not make them, hasn't in a long time now.
You can always do what I just did and put up a "WTB" thread here - that's how I got
mine.

I just learned more than one lesson about hubs for drum brakes....they are NOT all
created the same, nor are all the different lug/stud sizes but Dorman probably still makes a
stud that will work for you as long as your hub is good otherwise.
