Hello everyone.I have been lurking for quick awhile and now have finally joined as I have just purchased a 1971 V code 4sp Road Runner. Probably paid too much(I like to leave the deals for other people).I am young to determine how many came to Canada. So what I am confused about is —-14218 total 554 international. Is the 554 included in the 14218 and are the Windsor built cars included in that number as well.Next is similar question—- 137 4sp, is international included in that as when talking hemi they say 4 we built for Canada which adds to the total. Hope this makes sense. I am so glad to be back in the muscle car hobby. Thanks for helping me out.

What I am asking in simple terms.I am guessing 25 V code cars came to Canada, please correct me.So is my car 1 of 25? And 1 of 137 or 1 of 162 Thanks

Numbers, numbers, numbers... Well, how many came FROM Canada ? ( Windsor Ontario plant ) About production, my crusty mind comes up with about 119 automatics and 139 4-speeds. Somewhere in that ballpark.

Did the previous owner give you pics of the car during the build?
If not, send me a PM and I'll send you some pics.

Is this Norm's old car? If it is, I don't think you paid too much.

Lol I am happy with the deal.Norm sent so much documentation of the restoration it is unreal and he was so nice to deal with

Norm is a straight shooter and you can bet that everything he tells you about the car is accurate.

To answer your original question, I'm not aware of numbers available for Canadian order V code road runners for 1971. As a 4spd, your car is one of 137 cars built with 440+6 and manual trans for 1971. Additionally because it is optioned with the A33 Track Pack, it's one of 82.

Had I been able to justify the funds, I would have purchased your car from Norm a couple years ago. I also have a 1971 bench seat 4spd 440+6 road runner
