My sister Anne is in the hospital, on life support. She apparently developed sepsis due to an infection. She is on a ventilator and multiple drugs to attempt to fight the sepsis. She is obviously in critical condition, but they have managed to get her stable. Time will tel as we wait for the antibiotics to take hold. I spent several hours with her today. She is deeply sedated, but hears everything. She is far from being out of the woods, at this point. I have seen the power of prayer within this forum, and ask if anyone could spare a few prayers for my sister. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
