What is the difference between the WO/RO hood scoop and the A990 hood scoop?
Does anyone make a good steel or aluminum reproduction that is not $2500 ++?

Thanks, Joe

The rear edge of the A990 scoop has a concave to fit the '65s. The WO/RO scoop is more flat lined at rear, to match the '66-67 hoods. I don't know anyone making metal repro's, but I'm sure someone will chime in...

Not to steal your thread here but, I made a scoop for my 65 Belvedere from my original (rotten inner bracing) hood and it was fairly easy. Used panel adhesive to attach to the replacement hood.

I also made such out of 20 ga steel plate. Pretty simple and cheap. I would love to do one out of aluminum but that stuff is expensive!!!
