top band trim removal 77 cordoba

does anyone know how to remove this piece of trim?

I looked at this. The sides I bet are held in by the lights. The top sections from what I see are clipped into plastic clips. The metal base that holds the plastic is bolted down to the top or rivits .
You may have to drop the headliner. I found this picture.

thank you slimt. I honestly have not figured out how to get the light lens off yet either. when you remove the one screw at the top of the lens nothing happens. you cant shift the lens up after the screw is removed because it it sitting inside of a pocket in the trim piece. seems like the trim has to come off first before you can remove the lens. ??
 
You will have to lookatthe inside around the opera window. I believe that unbolted from the inside
 
yeah I was afraid of that. May have to pull the headliner down too.

Well turns out you were correct. the side light does hold the side of the trim down. All that holds the lens on the side lights is the one screw at the top of the light but it is also glued together with some kind of foam trim tape. I just had to pry them out after removing the screw.
