Getting ready to refinish the plastic rallye dash, as well as the A/C air vents. I assume the black is a semi gloss? Is there a chrome colored pen etc for the raised lettering and raised outline? What do you use?
Also, on the A/C end vents anyone know were I can obtain the handles that direct the air flow?
Thanks in advance.

The letters are white the strips/rings around the gauges are chrome. I used a No.2 pencil with a new eraser just use the eraser like an ink stamp dab it in the white paint and stamp the top of the raised letters. There is also a chrome paint pen that most use for the gauge openings.

Molotow Liquid Chrome pen is supposed to be amazing . I am getting one to touch up my dash myself. I did mine a few years ago and tired a paint used in model building. I wasn't really happy with it, I think part of the problem was the air brush i used from a friend was a POS. Regardless these pens are supposed to be great !!

The white is easy, just go to any craft store and look for a white paint pen. One with a felt tip , and just go over the raised letters.
