Hello members,
I have now retired as a Director for Will County Division of Transportation. In the past 2 months I have sold my 73 340, 4 sp Duster, and given my 1970 440 Challenger to my youngest daughter.
I was doing these things because I was unsure of my cancer results. Now that I have been given some positive treatment follow up visits, I find myself without a car!
Hoping to keep my health results positive, I am looking for another Mopar. This time a B Body!
Happy to be here and hoping to find what I am looking for!

Welcome from Alabama, great that you are having positive results from your treatments. Stay healthy. What are your B body expectations?

Hello Jerry
Thanks for the wishes. I would like to find the 68 Charger I had when I was 19.
Burnt orange, black vinyl top, 383 at, black buckets with console for about 25K. However, that is a a want about 50K off!!
A B body with a small block, or big block. A clone, tribute, a good presentable driver that is dependable. A 68/69 super bee, RR, GTX, Sat, Coronet, and (if someone losses their mind and sells a Charger for 25K or less)
Thanks for the welcome

Secondly - congrats on making it to retirement! No small feat there for sure...
Now, about all that "C" talk - I'm a six-time cancer survivor myself and I'm VERY
glad to read that you're giving it all the hell possible!!
Ultimately, it often matters how much will there is in the person to fight that evil,
trust me on that one - I know.
So, let's find you a ride Clyde!

Fred the GTX also says "Hi" - he's been my ongoing project/driver/gobbler of $$$
while I've gone through my own medical hells the last decade and more:

Welcome to the best bunch of b-body guys on the internet, period!:welcome:

Well Hello to you and Fred!
Sounds like you have gone through the rigors of the big C many more times than myself, and I like your style! The bills do pile up, but I am thankful for the ability to live to pay them! (although it may take some time) It's great to be in this forum and I am looking forward to getting to know everyone.
Thanks for the welcome again,
Ray
