It's been years since I've seen any of them. They had a new stand-alone display. Lots of different cars and some Star Trek ships. They had a 1969 Charger. I bought 2 one to build and one to keep.

I was in there to buy the new FF9 DVD that came out today. I know, I know but I think it has a '70 Charger in it. I'll let you know.

That’s cool a lost art ! That used to be a lot of fun!

What are they selling for there at wallymart?

a hobby shop in the city is asking from 38.00 up per kit.

I bought these from a friends estate. I bet he owned 5000 plus kits. Dating from the 50s to almost present.

That 6.4 Ghia has to be rare!

I would imagine it is. I got that from his collection as well. The old friends I knew from years back were there like vultures. I wanted to buy everything but was not there early enough.
I also missed out on this.

Just when you thought it couldn't get more stupid, they came out with this. IF it's a Charger, and I sincerely hope they didn't ruin a real one, it's a 68 with what looks like a new Challenger hood...
How many 2nd gen Chargers did they ruin making these movies? Crash as many Mustangs and Camaros as you want, can't swing a dead cat without hitting one at a car show.

Well, so far I'm about 3/4 through the movie. It is much more like an over-the-top 007 movie than a car movie. I mean there are some cars in it but it's not car-centric. I've counted 3 black 2nd gen Chargers, 1 new black Charger. There is one scene where a first-gen Charger gets some decent respect. There's one hokey scene where Dom's dad tells his sons that 1970 Chargers are immortal, like families. No wrecked classic cars yet.

P.S. Okay i spoke too soon. In the finale, they killed a bunch of '68 Chargers and 1974 Nova SS's. The car kept miraculously getting better.

Love those kits when i was a kid, sadly byes is kinda of a lost art, remember that i need to buy also paint spray, some real good cutter small pliers, and it was just to admire those cars not to play with them, ahh the memories from my childhood.

Okay, I'm going to say this about Fast and Furious then let it rest. It started kind of dumb then got better then got really full of itself and got really bad. The Dwayne Johnson years. Now it's so over the top it's a parody of itself. The one thing it has done for us that's good, is to put 1968-1970 Chargers at the forefront of classic cars. I mean before this we had the Dukes of Hazzard which was really dumb but in a fun way.

I checked the Walmart site for model kits. Tons of selections.
