Is this the correct brake booster for a 71 roadrunner with disc and drums?

That's a bendix, what MBM sells. This is what I see mostly listed for 71 RR. Might have used different brands
And drum/drum or disc/drum won't make a difference in booster only the master will be different

I think the one I posted is a Moraine, car manufactuers often used multiple brands so either could be correct. The year 1 is a China import, which is ok as long as you don't have trouble with it. I would think you could find an original and rebuild it but that's going to cost a lot more
You need to discuss with someone that is an original owner of a 71

Was this a 'kit' you installed? Is your motor hepped up such as with a mild or more cam? I had 'issues' with my booster (SSBC kit) among other things I eventually found. The one you have pictured is a dual-diaphragm that I'd think is what you need. I played with another booster on mine going to a smaller diameter one that it didn't like, so back to the size with the kit. Boosters usually need at least around 17" of vac. I put in a reserve tank; not sure this was what I needed though was on a frustrating long hunt with brake problems and my vac was borderline. Other thing is MC compatibility with the setup.

another random pic. Although the engine has aftermarket stuff on it the booster looks old by it's condition. Same one I posted above

My car came with the kit on it, a dual diaphragm 7 in booster. I added a vacum reservoir to it and it carries 19 inches of vacuum. Tried another aftermarket booster same results

If it didn't originally come on your car and you put it on. It is now the correct one for your car. ? If your car is not original then no parts will be "correct". They might fit and function but they are replacement/upgrade parts.

As said before, there have been multiple parts suppliers. Always been that way in case there is a problem with the parts or company. They always had a plan "B" for parts.
Have you looked in your Service Manual to see what they showed for your car ? Free downloads if you don't have one yet.
You post pictures from different catalogs and then ask which one is correct ? Maybe all of them or not.
Good to do research about you own car. Comes in handy .

And I have done the research, which is why I'm asking for clarification.

The one above is not available anywhere which I have determined is correct.

TThis booster is what year one claims is correct. I'm not looking for originality, just brakes that work liked they are supposed to. The newer dual diaphragm 7 in boosters aren't working for me.

The picture you posted looks to be the booster on my 66 hemi Satellite

I had played with a 7" a shop had to loaned me, as I was trying to track down if the booster I had (kit 8") might be bad despite all the checks I made telling me it was good. Anyway, the 7" wasn't compatible with my setup. I ended up getting another 8" for it. However, wasn't involved with a factory setup in my case.

I have an original 71 RR power booster in decent condition ....for rebuild if interested pm me

Mopar marks is correct - Midland Ross - 71 B Body - Disc

Finding a new one , or used with original Cadium plating , like finding gold

This is correct , or what it would look like

Who have you tried ? Just the majors like YearOne and such ? You might find it at a regular auto parts store oor a rebuilder like Cardone.

Cardone will probably have the Midland unit but they blast off the finish and sell them in bare metal.
The RamMan will probably have one that is re-finished if you want to deal with him.

Cardone is out of stock and my local parts stores are out also offering only a rebuild service.
