That's a complete car for a great price. It won't last long. Looks like a bunch of Mopars hiding in the back.

I wish it was closer to me I would like to tour his collection

Well then my sept 67 built Coronet should probably have that air cleaner.... But since I have the smaller un-silenced air cleaner that's what it will be getting...

rear frame rails are gone, as is the torsion member
I agree and the bottoms of the rocker is rotted out also... I have a feeling a closer inspection will show that everything needs replaced but looks good in a photo...

I've stitched a bunch of these together, some rougher than others; but have yet to replace any rear rails (with the exception of collision damage)........ or outer rockers for that matter (maybe a patch where the quarter wraps over).....those aren't the problem areas

that thing is a "next level" rot box........ fixable, but you're under water the minute you bring it home, even if picked up for cheap

weld what you can to a donor body and call it a day :D

Roughly what would you be looking at, parts and labor, to restore that R/T?

I bought a 68 Road runner in similar condition for 2 grand. I always called that car the "It's all there but needs everything" car.

I will just address the visible rust issues on the shell....... 250 +/- honest labor hours piecing it together using new aftermarket metal, pick a price per hour, and add up the parts..... that does not include any cowl, hinge pillar, or front rail issues...........plus you need decent doors, fenders, ect

someone here can correct me if I am wrong; but if a 4 door uses the same rails and pans, I'd be on the lookout for a clean solid donor, and use the entire belly and rails as a unit ........ obviously a 2 door donor would work, but would cost more and the rebody nazis would be on high alert
