They don't need a torque setting as such. Just tighten them up evenly and firmly. If there was a setting for them it probably wouldn't be more that 30 lbs/ft I reckon.

Factory service manual has many bolt torques specs on it.
They are 5/16” coarse studs. You can look up a generic torque value for the fastener size online.
Look here. I would use the grade 5 column.
