I find it infuriating that Ebay eliminated the Vintage parts and accessories link. Now instead you have to wade through all parts and accessories when looking for vintage parts.

They've removed a LOT of categories I've had saved.

VERY frustrating.

I noticed that too - very frustrating. Seems to scan for anything I have to scroll through hundreds of screw/nut/bolt/clip ads and late model maintenance parts to find anything. Didn’t know the completely eliminated the link, thought it had just gone FUBAR’d for time being.

Same reason the grocery stores put all the staple items at the back of the store.

I've been bitchen to them on the "Let Us Know What You Think". They know what I think! Could maybe change to a certain part like 1968 Plymouth GTX tail light lens. What a pita.

I believe it's to force you to take a fishing expedition thru "Impulse" items...
and possibly snag you into buying something you wouldn't normally purchase

Its called marketing, make the consumer view items that they werent looking for specifically.
Wal Mart has done that for years. They would move merchandise to other aisles to force you to walk around places you didnt normally go.

Just like milk you have to go to the back corner of the store. I've been on there less because of that. I can scroll fast because I'm looking for certain items but even then in adds a lot of time. Been thinking of adding Vintage to some searches to try to cut down on junk. KEEP come complaining on that Tell us what you think. It's on top right corner of the page. It won't show on individual searches. Have had a couple successes by complaining. Now about their seller fees :mob:.

I've also had a couple of new "saved" searches show up in my list that look to be reworkings of existing searches.

Like someone is trying to modify what I had to better fit the elimination of those categories.

I'll look. They changed the order of my searches. I'm not looking for many things anymore. Stuff I need is in the nearly unobtainable category.

I haven't shopped FeaBay for 15 years now probably

overpriced **** or rusted worn out **** way too often
or not what is in the description or photos

mostly sellers that are flippers, I really can't stand that ****

people want a fortune for their worn-out/rusted used, their own parts
& won't pay **** for actual "good parts"
too 1 sided for me

I do fine getting the stuff somewhere else or locally
or on here

caveat emptor

Less and less vintage parts on Fee-bay now. Try selling and you pay fees on the Sales tax they Now Collect.A fee for International buyers that I Never saw before. You can't even call them anymore.Oh how I Miss talking to "Oscar' in the Philippines about a Master Cylinder.
