Just had my power steering gearbox gone through completely,68 roadrunner, after reassembly and manually moving wheels side to side, started engine, by itself steering wheel rotated right to limit and kept trying to go right. Never seen that before, does the adjustment screw on top control this or something worse?

Who ever built it didn't center the valve body. It may need a simple adjustment.
This information is in your Factory Service Manual in the power steering section.

Factory Service Manual has a good procedure. It takes a bit of patience, but you can get it adjusted yourself. Small piece of 2x4 and a hammer.

Unless there is debris in there, then you have a dangerous situation.
A Christine car.

Don't have a factory manual and can't find past thread about subject.

Jack the front wheels off the ground.
Locate the two hex screws that bolt the valve body to the top of the steering gear. Carefully, very carefully, loosen the screws. Do NOT back them off very much, or when you move the valve the O-rings sandwiched between the parts will tear and you'll have a leak.
Now give the valve body a few taps toward the firewall (or toward the front).
Tighten it back down, and start the car. If it pulls worse, you went the wrong way; if it's better but not perfect give it some more in that same direction.
Repeat the procedure as necessary until it no longer pulls on startup.

To be sure, these are the 2 two bolts that secure the high pressure inlet line not the two bolts holding the outlet line correct. Adjustment is only from front to back correct. Thank you your help is greatly appreciated

Yep, the two on top.

Success with just one adjustment was able to get it to stop pulling on startup. When you turn the wheel it seems to want to lunge whatever way you turn it just a little I'm going to do more minor adjustment. Thank you everyone for your help and I will download a copy of the factory service manual for reference
