Well, I got the Rona!

You can get in touch with Frontline Doctors, out of Florida. Contact to apply, phone interview, and they will send Ivermectin, and HCQ, to You. If you have other conditions, that can make the Virus worse than it is, it's Good Insurance to get the meds...

Get well and God bless both of you..! Don’t let it get out of hand.. take care of yourself and her.

I do like OJ and vodka.

Hope this makes ya feel better...

I had it half way through March 2020...I was hit real hard. I was down 2 weeks solid. Slept 23 hrs at a time and could barely move. Took another few months to recover enough to work without trouble. Thought I was gonna die. To this day Dr say my anti bodies are CRAZY strong. I have been in direct contact with someone and should have got it but didn't. Good luck and keep an eye on you anti bodies after.

Hey Don! I just saw this. I hope you and your wife get better soon. .............

Get better soon, Sister/brother in law just got over it. Wasn't too bad I guess. 5 days at home, still had 50 horses to deal with everyday, they stayed active.

Hope you and family are getting better. If your coughing real bad, and can't catch your breath, get to the Hospital ASAP.
Wife and I had Covid back in March, and wife was in the Hospital two weeks, and I was in there 10 days.
Had to receive the anitbody infusion because the anti-virals were not working.
Was out of work for a month, and had to have oxygen at work (desk job) for another two months before my lungs really started to recover.
Wife already had underlying conditions, and she needed to be intubated. She has alot of lung scarring, and has lost over 35% lung capacity.

Yeah it was no joke for me either. Went through the house. My wife got it first. A three day flu for her. The kids all had mild symptoms. Then I got it. It just about did me in. I got a clot in my right lung and was stuck in the hospital because of it. Doctor said I was real lucky. Was off work two and a half months. Still have numbness on my right side from the lung damage. I know I am truly blessed to have survived my personal bout with COVID. Would not wish what I had on my worst enemy. Like others said, strength left me for months because it wipes you right out.
Thankful that for most it is relatively minor. But truly feel terrible for those like me that really got knocked down.
A guy I know is currently fighting for his life because of this. It is looking like he will recover but it is still yet to be determined what life long issues he may be left with because of this.

People forget about the vascular problems with this disease. I have the number of a DR that will prescribe Ivermectin if I get symptoms. I know not everyone agrees with this but my choice. I think I may start taking as precaution

Earlier this summer I started coughing and it gradually got worse. Non-smoker. Flem was coming up. It felt like a part of my lung was going to pop out. It was way worse at night disrupting sleep which compounded fatigue. Sleeping on my stomach helped.

Off to the urgent care where a negative covid test and x-ray showed nothing. On to the emergency room because the other joint didn’t have cat scan equipment. Another, different covid test also was negative. The cat scan came back with just a very small spot, not anything out of the ordinary for the cat scan technicians analysis.

I was dead tired at the ER but for some reason, and the Ricola cough drops that I found very helpful, I slept while there the 4-5 hours. The second doctor, shift change, said he was calling it Walking Pneumonia even though the lungs looked good. He prescribed a Zpac , a Nebulizer (breathing treatment) and a over the counter decongestant.
I felt much better in like two days and didn’t have any lagging problems.

Don’t discount Walking Pneumonia. My relative did cat scans in a Chicago area hospital and they saw the effect on the lower areas of the lungs covid caused. Very bad stuff. They actually left that job a few months ago.

I wish you all a better tomorrow, haywire

My wife thinks I’ve gone from corona to pneumonia.

Be careful. Corona symptoms often resemble pneumonia. Time for you to go to the Dr or Hospital.

X2, better save than sorry. Be safe!!
I lost a friend a few weeks back. He went from cold symptoms to flu bug symptoms to pneumonia symptoms to the hospital on a vent because he couldn't breathe then to the funeral home. Don't mess around.

I'm sorry to hear about your friend. I have no idea what to think about all this. If you pick a side on this issue you're guaranteed to be thought less of by the other side. It doesn't change the fact that people are dying and It's by the thousands and many will say, that's life, till It's one of their loved ones. I just wish it would go away, It's dividing us as a country, with no winners. Again, I'm sorry for your loss.

I didn’t have a fever or other flu related symptoms. No covid symptoms, smell/taste fine. Just a nasty cough and I had a two day drive ahead of me.

I hacked/coughed horribly until the second driving day I got the cough drops, Rocola Natural Herb. They were a miracle but I ate them like candy. After arriving and two more sleepless night I hit the medical bandwagon. Did I wait too long, probably. Am I a hardheaded dude, absolutely. Did I worry, no. Of course if things hadn’t turned out ok, I’d be the first one to say “Oh you dumbass!”

Good thing with my insurance the ordeal was mostly covered, that was really a surprise. I was not close to my base.

I think the CT Scan is terribly important. An oxygen finger meter was something I used. It did read a little low at times. Certainly deep breaths are great for everyone, that was learned a long time ago. I believe covid and pneumonia present differently on a cat scan.
Take care. Breathe deep and plan that next step to burn all that fossil fuel you can.
