I've been a Mopar fanatic since the early 60's. My first car in 1977 was a 1969 Dodge Super Bee. It was the 383, 4speed, version with the dual hood scooped Ramcharger hood. It was Forrest Green with a black bumble bee stripe around the back end. I had to sell it when I was married and needed a family car and it was our only vehicle at the time. I have regretted it since. I am retiring in two years and looking for another Mopar, preferably another Super Bee if I can find a decent daily driver, for a reasonable price. I was a mechanic for the Chrysler-Plymouth dealership in the town I grew up in for 10 years, so I am very familliar with the cars. I just don't want to start a restoration at my age. So I would like to get something I can take to "Cruise Nights" and tinker with while driving and enjoying.

Unfortunately no. When my first Wife and I divorced, she took all the picture albums with my 3 pics of the car. I tried in vain to get them back, but she claims she destroyed all pictures but the ones with the children she had from her first marriage before me. She was a truly vindictive b--ch.

Welcome aboard from Ohio. Good luck in your search.

I know how that can be. Been married twice and well, won't make that mistake again.....unless she comes without baggage and comes with money! :D My first two were in debt when we married and had baggage.

Welcome from Dallas/Houston! I travel back and forth frequently for work.

I saw a 67 satellite vert in great shape for very reasonable price on FB market in ft worth if you like the tissue box cars (I love the 67's). It is still for sale, around 17k. I would love to buy it but don't have the space. I have not seen any good 68-69 'nets recently in texas, just rust piles. You may have to do eBay out of state and ship here. I bought my RR as a roller on eBay from CA and it turned out fine with time and effort.

welcome to FBBO good luck with your search for a super bee
