Im from northern Ky originally and still have good friends there I visit .
Never heard of a silver 67 GTX before . I actually bought my car from a friend in Cincinnati last year . Black 1966 Satellite with red interior , hemi auto.

66 satellite auto, with 400 cu in, Ebr heads, I/manifold, headers, suregrip 3.55,
question your beltline trims on the doors, front and rear fenders look super straight and clean. Mine arent very good and i cannot find any, did you have them refurbed

I bought a complete kit of repop OEM style weather strip , seals , cat whiskers but some of my soft parts , yes they were like new still and cleaned up perfect. I found the kit on ebay 6 years ago for around 200.00 if i remember.

I got lucky on all the trim on mine. Previous owner found all nos for the upper belt line mouldings.(except the pass side door moulding ) .Which I would like to find. But so far no luck finding nos.

And he had all the lower stainless trim redone.

The molding was the clincher on buying my 66 Belvedere, previous owner had acquired all NOS pieces including grill and headlight doors. After 56 years that makes a difference. Love that color on yours, great stance too. Something about the squareness of these cars that make them stand out, everything is so rounded off now.

Mine had grille. Head light bezels. Hood mldg and Trunk finish panel and tail light bezels. And all but one of the upper belt line mouldings are NOS .

And i just recently foumd an nos hood ornament.

I would love to find the pass door mldg nos.
But so far....ive come up with nuttin

I NEED I NEED I NEED got the metal piece need decal for now till I find an original. Keep looking for that molding it’s out there in someone’s hourd.
 
parts for these cars are like hens teeth especially living in the Uk thats the trouble with 1 year cars, i lowered it 2" all round back had the rear springs straightened and fitted adjustable rear spring front brackets

Yep, it was broke off when I got the car, I found the metal part at Carlisle this summer has 361 decal in it now

Ralphs rapid transit has them i believe

I have an extra....but want to hang on tonit for now.

Fyi.
Until i found the right one.

I ran a repop 67 ornament for a while.
But be advised the bases are different between the 2 years .

Base was still there just pendent broke off, maybe on purpose?

I was able to get one last drive in yesterday November 24th and it was 47 degrees in Michigan.
 
My Charger continues to evolve
She now wears the 67 NASCAR Spoiler and a WO23 scoop
