Does Anyone know if there is a company that sells a front inner hood filler piece for a 68 superbee hood to fit a 69? I have a 68 hood hood that i wanna use on my 69. Hate to have to buy a new hood.

Buying a new hood won't do you any good, you need the filler strip that simply screws into place. As beekeeper said, post a WTB, but I bet Steve has one @3white74
