I came across this wagon in August. It’s surprising original despite a amateur repaint that was then “buffed” into near extinction. 383, 727, 8 3/4 car with two build sheets, fender tag, original wheels and vintage tires included. Right now I’m fixing little things to make it a nice family driver. My other wagon has degenerated into a full resto-mod project. The dash was cracked, as well as the windshield, radio works but it’s AM, headliner is marginal. Mechanically it needs shocks, a tune up as it’s hard to start cold and a shift linkage adjustment. I might make a few reversible changes down the line but it’s due for a Christmas tree and lights on the roof rack at the moment

I am building a 69 Ply wagon for a guy, was a /6 AT now is a 440 4spd EFI 6 pack. They are cool cars I have to admit.

Windshield is out and the speaker was replaced when I replaced the dash pad.

I have 5 kids so it’s a cool, low cost alternative for when I pack the kids around. Cheap insurance and gas mileage is acceptable for the miles I drive while still being functional and not worrying every time you park next to someone.

Great looking car, nice color. Glad to see it being used for a family hauler.

Yep, love the wagons. Dad had an early 70's Fury with a big block. Was a beast. He would put these huge studded snow tires on it and it would be the only thing busting out through the snow. Hauled *** on the freeway but sucked fuel. Also made a good date car.

Nice, To me the 71 had the nicest front end that Mopar ever did on a B body Coronet.

Big block wagon = sweeet.

Love it.

I need to make some progress on my '72 Satellite wagon this winter....

To each his own, I find the front of the 74 disgusting. Windshields are not available through traditional channels. Donor cars or custom made are options but, I cut a 71 charger windshield I had to fit until I find one.

That wagon is really straight! Looks pretty rust free. I think wagons may become more popular as the "more popular" cars continue to increase. If you don't mind me asking, around what did you pay ? If you got it for under 5k I think you got a heck of a deal. I would love to have a wagon and make a RT wagon clone. Since Ford made that 428 cobra jet Country squire wagon that the barn find hunter guy found, I would love to make the Chrysler equivalent since I believe the largest engine you could get was a 440 but not with a manual trans in a wagon ?
