Does any one know who sells the replacement circuit boards for the tach sender on a 1966 Charger?

yes real Time engineering
I am using their tach board and their voltage limiter

Here is another source - but in Canada.

https://mrheaterbox.com/

They manufacture boards for senders and integral tachs and for points distributors and MSD distributors. Had one of their boards in my 66 for an MSD unit when I bought it and I went back to a dual point. They sent me a new points board in exchange for the MSD one back for no $. They are good guys.

This might solve my issue with the tach, it's just stuck at 3,000 rpm, no movement at all. That's basically the only issue with the car, is this circuit board the likely fix?

my guess is no but it is just a guess
The needle is stuck at 3000
that's in the gauge
if it was on zero and not reading then you could suspect the sender
