This is for a 72 Satellite Sebring Plus.

I go on Classic Industries web site, and the are asking for 4 bow or 6 bow? One is like $93.00 then "perforated fine" is like $192.99.

This car came without headliner, so I really don't know.

I've heard this is a real pain to install too. Do you then suggest the install tool? And adhesive?

Is there any wiring I should make sure works before I start this project?

Thanks!

The dome light is the only wire I can think of. Pink and Yellow wires. My neighbor installed the headliner in my friends 71 He bought a 4 bow but the car was actually a 6 bow car. They installed the 4 bow and made it work Turned out good. As far as the tricks to install it I couldn't help you there. I may have some pictures I'll have to dig through the computer to see if I have them.

What is this "perforated fine" its like $100.00 more.

Tiny holes in the material

You should have V shaped notches/holes in the roof rails that accept a tabbed V shaped clip.

I'm not sure if the number of those holes is different if your car had a 4 or a 6 bow setup.

Do you have the bows? How many do you have? Do you have the clips?

For the longest time, all you could get repro was the perforated style.
It is my understanding that lower line cars got the ribbed (non-perforated) like my 73 RL21.

Well if the lower line cars got the nonperforated then I'm getting the perforated! Lol. I don't know what the point is of little holes, but ok?!
I think I only found 3 bows. Like I say it came without a headliner so who knows where they could be? I guess I could just buy 1 bow and go with I the the 4 bow set up?

IIRC the bows only work correctly in one of the positions.

...and you need the clips to test them.

Hey Myasylum,
I may be able to help you. I have original bows and a perforated headliner from Legendary (I believe) for/from my '72 Charger. Check fitment and get back to me. I'm making the car into a Petty tribute car so it won't have much of an interior. If these would work on your car I will give you a fair price. Thanks, Rick

What color are you looking for?

I have a 73/74 Charger perf headliner in tan I'll let go real cheap.

Some parts interchange between 71/72 sat and 73/74 Charger.

I also have a 71 Satellite I'm parting out.
No headliner but might have bows and/or clips.

No, I didn't. Says your inbox is full though. Not sure if the 72 Charger fits the 72 Satellite. I really need a black headliner.
