I don't mean recreationally, I mean what do you drink 5 times a day? Coffee, tea, water, soft drinks? The reason I ask is I'm addicted to Coke. Coke Zero and Dr. Pepper Zero. I'll drink a glass of water if it's put in front of me but I live on these terrible beverages.

BTW I think coffee tastes like a mouthful of dirt.

MO, coffee (good coffee) is nectar from the Gods and so is beer...(good beer).

My name is Ray and I have a problem, 50% unsweet ice tea and 50% Dole lemonade ! **** is like crack

Water & Coffee... I quit coke and lost over 50lbs, just sayin. I had to drop 4 pant sizes and need a new belt!

Pretty much four (4) things everyday:
1. Water
2. Coffee
3. Milk 2%
4. Beer (usually just 1 maybe 2 per day, but more in the summer)
I did drink a few other things over the holidays like Chicken Milk (Egg Nog), Rum and Bailey's over ice.

I to was on the Diet Coke trip until they went woke. My habit was 3-5 a day. I kept 6-12 of the 12 packs on hand. I was down to 5 of the 12 packs when I put them down. I still have almost 4 of them left. Its been almost a year. I went to Crystal Lite sweet tea and water. It's just a habit, I don't think it's an addiction.

Try 50% seltzer and 50% soda. My wife does this and at first it tastes just like what it is, but after a while you get to like it. Same with skim milk. Can't drink whole milk any more. Tastes like cream.
We used to buy 2% milk. But I kept wondering what the other 98% was.

5 times a day ? Gotta be water. Seldom any soft drinks.Bourbon and ice 3 times a day.
My brother is addicted to Coke Zero. Changed from regular when he got diabetes .Takes it with him where ever he goes. Always has a case in his car, drinks at least 12 a day. He is 75 now, ain't killed him yet.

Water, unsweetened natural iced tea, coffee, skim-milk, and... last, but certainly not least, ...

A lot of coffee, probably 6-8 cups a day. Bout half decaf.
Then just plain water. Sometimes soda water or unsweetened tea.
Sugar is white death.
Can't handle alcohol anymore.

I used to drink some alcohol from age 18 to about 40 then I just fell out of the habit I guess, It wasn't intentional. I'm 65 now and it would be hard for me to finish a beer no matter how light. Those dark heavy beers I think would make me puke. Hard alcohol just tastes terrible if you're not used to it. I'm like an 8 year old as far as being able to drink without making a terrible face.

I remember when my dad said they first tasted Coke. They thought it was terrible but they had been raised drinking orange and grape soda as kids. It would have been fun when Coca-Cola had real cocaine!

Coffee in the am, maybe 2. Then water for the rest of the day.

You Have to get of the soft drinks, they are very bad for you

Used to mainline coffee and soda. Then, collapsed from an irregular heartbeat and the doc said no more caffeine, no more booze. I still drink a cup of decaf in the morning, just because. My daily, regular drink though? Propel vitamin water. Various flavors, you can get a 10 pack of mix tubes for like $2 and I just reuse a standard plastic water or soda bottle to mix it with cold water. Better taste than plain water, better for ya than sodas. Probably still not "good"...but at least not bad.

Water, 2% milk and Diet Pepsi
2% MILK (REDUCED FAT)
Reduced-fat milk is labeled as 2 percent milk, which means the milkfat is 2 percent of the total weight of the milk—not that an 8-ounce glass of milk contains 2 percent fat. Here’s a nutrition fact to consider: An 8-ounce glass of 2 percent milk contains 5 grams of fat and has the same 13 essential nutrients as every other type of milk.

Pepsi for me I usually have 6-8 a day sometimes more I have a problem

Water, but not bath water.
