If any car will take them a 71-2 will. 275X60X15 look small.

Easy enough to check height clearance yourself. Measure the tire height you have now, add half the difference and see if you have that much room to the front and rear of the opening.
I have a pair of 315 street radial pro's. That is a LOT of tire to get under anything with stock leaf location and tubs. Frankly, I bet they don't fit.

28" tall N50's on 15X11 wheels 3.75" backspace with a '69 B body Dana, offset spring hangers/shackles with stock wheelwells.
295/50 X 15 on 15 X10, 5.5" backspace, offset springs, stock '71 width rearend, stock wheelwells.
