This Roadrunner has been painstakingly restored over the last 2 years to near original condition. The 340 engine, the 727 transmission and drive train, the suspension, the interior, the body and paint, and pretty much everything else have been rebuilt, restored, or refurbished. Any rust that was found was removed and repaired with new metal. The car retains "ALL" of it's original panels so the fit is as good or better than when it left the factory in December of 1972. Yes, the tires are Cooper Cobra Radial G/T's not the Goodyear Polyglas F70-14's that it came with, but there is one of those in the trunk. The bench seat bottom had a split at a seam so it was re-covered, re-foamed, and the springs were tightened up so you don't sit on the floor anymore. Very comfortable now. When the engine was rebuilt the original cam was replaced with one that will actually let the engine BREATH and show what the 340 can actually do. I retained the original if for some reason you wanted to put it back to "bone stock". I could go on and on about the work that was done but it is easier to just look at the build thread on FBBO (great people by the way) as just about everything is there. I didn't hide anything so you will see both the good and the bad. If you ask a question I will give you an answer as I was the one who restored this car. Check it out for yourself at. https://www.forbbodiesonly.com/moparforum/threads/73-roadrunner-340-auto.184541/

It will actually hurt to sell this car as I spent a lot of hours with it, called it every name in the book (and some new ones), saw it thru the build's ups and downs, and experienced the joy of watching it come back to life. If you are the one who buys it, all I ask is that you take good care of it and don't let it fall into the shape that it was in when I purchased it.

Anyway, per the rules, the car is for sale at $32,900 but it is worth a whole lot more than that! I would know, as I bought the parts and put in the labor. The car is in Alma, MI now but was originally a southern car (Alabama or Georgia). Almost forgot, it is a numbers matching car! There are a lot more photos but most are on the forum mentioned above where you can see how it was put together.

Beautiful restoration!

Wish it was white on white with red stripes like my old 73 340/auto RR.... I'd be seriously tempted. I found my old RR but guy doesn't want to sell.:(

I watched your thread as you built it and hate to see you sell it. I get it though, I sold my 72 as well and you just have to move on to other things. You did a fantastic job on her! If I was in the market I would be all over this one.
