Kinda…. He said there was a surviving Bullitt charger which is untrue. 2 cars triple black from factory and destroyed on set.

Well, perhaps the jury is out on that. There are claims of one of the cars still existing. And it was originally yellow. The driver, Bill Hickman, states that despite claims of two there were actually three Chargers used in the film.

The trans in my Chally is from a 440 triple black ‘69
Known surviving cars often represent 10% of production . So if there were 8 easy ones that popped up here, that's 80. Now given there's 17,*** produced....it's probably a 1000 if you split up the available colors. Let's be generous and say 500 had different color interiors.
