I have the AM/FM radio out of my 69 Roadrunner that I need to get checked out. Does anyone have a vender suggestion?

By "checked out", do you mean simply for functionality, or to restore to original operation as built, or internal modifications for modernization upgrade ?

Way too many waiting to get on my bench already. Unfortunately can't take on any more radio work at this time.

Don’t know your situation. You can .
Hook up the speaker .
Hook up an antenna (important)
Hook up the power wires to a battery and turn it on. See if you even get static. Don’t know how many AM stations are near you, but you should have FM.

If you can find any older radio tv repair man, or someone into electronics they could most likely find the problem.
In our old am radios 1967 the 3 transistors near the front, we’re suspect. A friend changed them, radio works fine.
Cost about 15.00 parts and a few beverages.

I had the Aurora System put in my AM radio and it’s great. But you have an AM/FM already, a suggestion is to go on the Aurora website and look at their qualified service installers. There may be one local to you. They should be able to check yours out and fix it if needed. Other options are check MCG or other car magazines advertisers. Ralph the Radio Guy did my work but he also repaired a few others too. He replaced internal parts too. He’s on the web or pm me for a number.

Had these guys do my radio, great work with nice options. www.turnswitch.com Sorry fixed the link
