Before I put my car up for the winter I noticed my clutch pedal isn’t returning to fully disengaged. Why would it do this? I just had the new clutch put in last spring and it was pricey and don’t want to ruin this one. I can let go of the clutch quickly from fully pressed and it will return to where it suppose to be or let off of it slowly and then have to pull it up with my foot, but I would like to not to have to do either of those. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

I'd start with checking for any lost motion at the bell crank caused by worn bushings or loose mounts. Have someone work the pedal while you watch it. If it's fine, determine whether the clutch adjust rod nut is backing off on you over time. The washer should hold the flex nut in set position. Don't overlook a possible worn-out insulator behind the washer.
Clutch linkage motion can also be affected by loose engine and transmission mounts BTW.

Original B&B pressure plate or diaphram? Over center spring still in pedal assembly or removed?

Not the original pressure plate, not sure about the pressure plate. And I’ll have to look for the spring
