Good day. I have owned this thing since the early 2000's, got it running and insured just after my first son was born, then had to park it. I was able to work on it a bit: I managed to replace the floor pans and removed the dash pad and filled the holes. Then put the whole car on pause. Until recently.
So, this Christmas, I got a new gas tank from my family.
The old one was seeping from a few places.
And with a break in the weather, my oldest son and I were able to remove the old one.
Baby steps, I keep telling myself.
Next step: filler tube and hoses...and brake upgrade (see bucket-o-brakes)
