PLEASE HELP!!! Heater box motor names

The description in the Cool/Heat damper section is correct.
The "HEAT" and "COOL" sections have the in/out reversed.

An interesting system for sure, any that relies on vaccum can be challenging.
I understand some 50s cars had vaccum actuated wipers, sounds fun.
Someone should probably re-write it. When I get this running tomorrow and verify that everything works correctly I will give it a shot. I like the idea of defining a plunger position per vacuum motor because it is something you can SEE as you operate the controls. I just rechecked my car again and it responds as described in the article EXCEPT FOR the plunger position description on the vacuum motor on driver side of heater box closest to FRONT of car - the one that controls the door you can see move. That threw me off for many hours on a wild goose chase of making sure my hoses were numbered correctly, playing with a spare switch, etc. I am sure my cracked and bleeding hands will heal in a couple weeks!!!

Not to derail the thread, but I once had a 1970 AMC Gremlin that had vacuum windshield wipers.
