Lower dash trim removal 1966 Coronet

Need to remove lower dash trim for repair. Just verifying there’s a nut on the backside of each stud, and one needs a long socket extension to reach from under the dash?
 
If speaking of the narrow trim spanning the dash just below the instruments, I assume it’s like Plymouth (not always a good assumption. There’s a series of nuts on the backside of the dash frame securing studs plates hooked to the trim. My 66 has little u-shaped standoff brackets under the nuts to I guess, provide a better seat for the nuts. I don’t remember the nut size but small, maybe 1/4” or 5/16”. I think 3 on left side and 5 or 6 on right side. Again, going off my Plymouth.

If the dash is pretty much stripped of gages, radio and glove box you can probably get on them OK with just a 1/4” ratchet. If your dash isn’t stripped then you will probably have to do some fishing with an extension and maybe a wobble union wrapped with tape. It will take some work with the dash assembled.

Just remembered the radio is higher in the dash in a Dodge. That should help getting to the ones in that area.
