WTB Wanted 383 points type distributors

Looking for a 383 single point type distributor, ordered the garbage that is on Rock auto and it failed immediately. Anyone have a decent mother Mopar 383 distributor, single points type in good running order that won't break the bank ?? The one I have was "Rebuilt" by Cardone. Thank-you in advance for helping...

Cant agree more. Im running one of his distributors, and would'nt hesitate to call for another. He puts up a list periodically of what he has ready to go.

I should have one or more in my barrel of Mopar
low mileage Distributors that have been around for
40 years in the Barrel and are very low mileage and
real Mopar american stuff!
I am thinking $25 plus the ride.
Any particular # or year of one.
I will inspect it carefully and make sure shafts are tight and
cam does not show much wear.

I have one that's in decent shape. Missing the points 'cause I converted it to electronic and also missing the vac can. And its painted wrinkle black. Been stored in a box since 1986. I think I'd let it go pretty cheap.
