Has anyone here attempted to repair the pins that mount the metal frame to the lens? I figured i'd ask for help before i make my gorilla attempt.
Also have a crack in one of the housings...any tips on repairing?

Plastex.net for both repairs. I'm pretty sure Gorilla glue expands when it sets. Not pretty either.

Those are Charger SE taillights not Charger Taillights
Use JB Weld or JB Weld Marine and re-attache them.
The crack? Maybe see is someone on YouTube has come up with a good repair.
Those taillights are hens teeth. 1 year only, 1 model only, not reproduced.

yeah...i'm finding that out. i'm also having trouble with getting the bulbs out of the sockets. they rusted in the housings and i haven't figured a way to get them out. thanks for the JB Weld tip.

When I had the SE lenses on my car I had the same issue, ended up finding an NOS set back in the day.
Decent ones pop up every once in a while on eBay.

i'll have to start checking periodically

You might consider carefully drilling and tapping the chrome trim from the backside. I would only do this with a drill press. Use small stainless machine screws to re-attach.

I removed the "pins" and installed small stainless screws into mine.

I'm stuck on a different spot now. The bulbs rusted into the sockets. It took me two hours to get 1 (out of 6) removed.

Soak them in your rust penetrator of choice since there really is not a good replacement for the sockets.

I've been soaking them for days. On one of them i accidentally tore the bulb base and man was that socket corroded. The metal of the bulb was fairly well fused to it. The rust surprised me because this car is really rust free for the most part.

The SE taillights were challenging, so a big thank you to everyone who assisted with their ideas. Finally got them done and installed.
