Flat tops, 509, and EStreet heads? Am I OK?

If you are going to run the steel heads I would use thinnest head gaskets you can find
or take 050 cut of the heads. You will have plenty of piston to valve. I have built this
combo several times.
 
with 86 cc 906 heads, steel shim gasket
