What's with Ham's at Easter?

I'm not religious but i used to be. Easting ham is a big FU at the Jews who were tradiodionally held repsonsible for killing Jesus.

I like ham so as far as I'm concerned, I don't gripe.....and especially so if I'm not the one buying or cooking it! :D Thinking of grilling some sausage maybe later today or maybe tomorrow.
