Hi. I need some opinions before I get too far putting the dash back together.

I purchased the correct paint for the dash from kolor correct in new Jersey. Had a painter blast it fix the holes, there were lots and paint it.

However for whatever reason the color looks too light? Almost grey. Maybe it's my lighting but I took pictures in the sun too. If it's wrong I would get it fixed. The paint came out good looking with the texture and everything. Just not sure on the color.

So looking to see if you all may have some thoughts on it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Looks gray, what color is it supposed to be? Lighting isn't very good, sunlight would help.

I’ve noticed flattened black paints often takes on a bit of a dark charcoal appearance. It can somewhat depend on the light. Not unusual. However I don’t know if that was typical of the original black suede paint Chrysler used way back in the day or not.

Thanks everyone. I put the dash pad on and could def tell the difference from black. I'm kind of wondering when it's in the car and and things the lighting will.never be that great so not sure how noticable it will be. I'll move it to sunlight tomorrow and see if anything changes. It may be my weird led lighting in the garage
