73 Roadrunner Motor Mount question

Hi all, I am about to drop in the motor on my Roadrunner and want to put in new motor mounts for it. I tried ordering new mounts but they are shorter that the original and the supplier can't find ones that fit. The metal is thinner as well so I though I should try just getting inserts for the original. I was looking at Energy Suspension 5.1106G and Prothane 4-504 but neither one list the 73 RR. Does anyone know if they will fit? looking at them I can't see why not.

Rockauto sells mounts and inserts

Inserts are the same for either BB or SB. Not the mounts though.

Yes, it is a 440 car and the mounts I ordered were for a big block, the 2325 and 2326.

Pretty sure no one makes the BB mounts. The short ones are SB which are available. The ones in the Rockauto link are SB. The inserts are the same and are available.
I have some BB ones. PM me if interested.

Thanks, that is very generous. I cleaned up the ones I have and used a press and wire brush to get the old rubber out of them. Then I ordered a set of inserts so I think I will be okay. If I run into any issues I may take you up on the offer.

Ok... didn't noticed they are SB.

on the Charger listing is even worst for 73. they list the older block kind mounts LOL

I grabbed images of the SB and BB mounts and it is clear I got the SB one. I have seen a few places that show then as correct for the BB even though they are not.
This is such a good site for getting the correct information!

Gees, I didn't think they could make it worse, LOL!
You send a link that says they are for BB but they are SB once you get them. Oh well, the inserts are available and my mounts are still solid.
