My 68 Charger has a 74, 440 engine that has been built. I think it may have originally been RV engine but not sure.. I have no idea how much has been done but do know that cam is a little radical thus no vacuum or very little.
Can someone give me specs on stock cam or something very close. I want to get this thing little more stock I dont need all the thump lol.
Also need water pump housing for a 440. The one on it goes out passenger side and need to change so I can put different radiator and deal with some cooling issues.

You should really pull the cam first. It may have a number on it, which then gives you a starting point for a replacement. Also, low vacuum can come from a number of things, including a STOCK cam that has worn lobes. So good reasons to pull the cam first.

That one got me. While you are at 440 Source, pick up the brackets to fit power steering along with pulleys for water pump and crank. Save time as Those are hard to find used in good shape.
 
If you were trying to do it in a weekend, buy a couple cams off Amazon and return what you don't use
