Hey Guys!

Well I finally got my new dash and switch plate from just dashes installed in my 69 RR 383. It took 5 hours and a lot of patience but it looks great. I had to use my plastic pry bar kit to gently massage the switch plate in. The lower dash was expensive but worth it from just dashes. I ordered the rest of my interior from legendary but its gonna take 10 months to get in, that sucks! Here's a pic of the lower dash.

It looks really nice! I sent mine in to Just Dashes have it restored but the pieces won't be back for a few more weeks.
I am concerned about re-installing the switch panel. The corners of the switch panel scare me the most.
I definitely do not want to cut the fresh vinyl while trying to finesse that panel in place.
Did you use any masking tape to prevent cutting the corners or just lots of patience and the plastic pry bars?

A lot of patience and the plastic pry bars. Didn't use any tape, just made sure when I pushed in the corner that I used the plastic pry bar to make enough space. I also let the steering column down a little. I had all the switches in and started on the left side and did it little by little from there. At the end I couldn't get the right side all the way in, I found it was hung up on the frame and put a pry bar in it and it popped right in.
