I am trying to see if anyone has seen this bezel before? It looks just like the Air Grabber bezel on the dash of 71 bodies but it’s for exhaust cutouts. Thanks.

Custom made. Probably a decal over any other bezel. Font is not the correct one, just pretty much similar.

Bezels available I can recall right now are just for headlight washers ( just option for Chargers with hideaways ), rear deffog, rear door ajar ( SWs ) and air grabber/Ram hood (depending if Plymouth or Dodge)

I'm pretty sure the Rear deffog switch will serve for this purpouse. It gets one input and two outputs ( low and high speed ). So one of the outputs will open cutouts and the other one will close them... Althought I can't recall at this moment if the low speed source is cut when high speed is set

I'm planning to use a RR deffog extra switch I Have to turn on Road/fog lights hanging down the bumper I'm planning to install someday in the future ( bumper gets provisions for those, no need to cut anything ) and an underhood light. Since tipically never will use both at the same time, I can set the same switch for these two functions. Just need to get a bezel and label it propperly... or maybe use the RR deffog switch and bezel I already have to make a 3D print of it. But as mentioned, if both outputs remains active... mmmm, maybe I would run road lights with hood light on too ( unless playing with a relay setup to save from that )

what I'm still unsure if use a round or square light for the road lights. Round could be more "correctly" set for the year ( like E bodies ), but square suits better with the bumper and valance opening and would be more "discrete".

Pretty sure some of the Max Wedge cars had cutouts that you could unbolt and open up...

Thank You for the input.

I guess if the exhaust cut outs added in that car are vacuum like GTOs, an air grabber switch could be used too since it gets just two positions to open or close for the vacuum setup ( I think can see a vacuum hose on back of the switch on pic ) The rear deffog gets three... off, low and high. I can't tell about SWS rear doors switch.

As far I know air grabber control switches are available as repro yet. They were at least sometime ago, althought with quality issues per I could read.

if going electrical, that will work. Juts need to consider its a 3 positions switch as mentioned. Off, Low and High. And I think High feeds both output prongs.
