Correct fan blade paint?

I would say Satin, or 60 degrees gloss black

Fans are gloss when new, but it goes flat from all the foreign material, sand, bugs, dirt, etc passing through it over the years.
And if you drive your car it will happen again. Won’t happen on a show car that’s driven very little.
Look at the mounting surfaces that are protected and you will see gloss finish. Hard to see depending on how the car was stored and the environment.
