I am so happy to be getting the garage to be fully functional, both the shop and the storage area. It's very cool, and my friends were awesome for stepping up and making it happen! As soon as Steve picks up the Road Runner convertible project at the end of the month, the Charger convertible will be coming out of four years of trailer storage and taking its place in the garage, so I can fix a few issues and get it back on the road again!

Levitating Chargers! My Chargers are so light,I have to tie them down, or they will float around! Come on down to Petey's used and abused Charger emporium where our prices are too fu*kin high! Lol

I still don't have enough room! My 73 Charger that my friend brought me back from California sat outside all winter. I had it wrapped up, but it shouldn't be out in the weather. My 71 Challenger convertible and 71 Charger I bought last year are still in my friends garage, and my Charger R/T convertible is in a trailer! It's going to be full and then some!View attachment 1275271View attachment 1275272View attachment 1275273View attachment 1275274
Not good parking your mower outside. /s

Over the weekend I went to my friend Dave's house in Connecticut and picked up my 71 Challenger convertible that my friend stored for me for the winter! I had my friend Pam Bieneke as my co pilot/designated driver! Pam can drive anything, including her land speed racing 71 Charger funny car at almost 300 mph. So we loaded the Challenger convertible on the trailer and strapped it down, and then the three of us hopped in my friend Dave's 72 Road Runner GTX and went out for a barbecue chicken pizza and a few Sam Adam's beers. After that the very capable and attractive Mrs Bieneke took over the wheel of the 72 Plymouth and drove us back to Dave's house on some great backroads near the Mohegan Sun Casino. She then took over the controls of my Ram and drove us back to my house with the Challenger convertible in tow! It was an awesome day with great friends!

Last night we went over to my friend Al's house to help motivate him to get back to work on his sweet AMX project and ordered up some Pizzas it was a great time. Al was one of the people who helped me put up the lifts! He's already been driving the General Lee Charger this year!

Did Gary not get invited ?

He was invited, but didn't make it so we went without him! lol I am planning on kidnapping her and holding her hostage until my garage is clean! She's been helping me work in the garage, and she's amazing at cleaning and organizing things! I call her the white tornado!

Truly amazing the amount of cars those 2 have restored

I spent a few hours in the garage cleaning last night after I got out of work at 7PM. I found my wheel balancer and both tire machines! Winning! It's amazing what gets buried when you just throw stuff in there! Not only was I able to find them, now I can actually use them, which is a really good thing because my friend Al is bringing the 69 Dart GTS 383 4 speed car back over to mount and balance the tires, then it is going out for the front end alignment. We painted the Dart in the garage last fall in my makeshift spray booth!

Did some more cleaning up in the garage, then my friend Al came by and we emptied a 12 pack of Bud,then I blocked the door on the 71 Charger R/T. It was a great day, even though I had to go to work for 12 hours of it!

So this morning we brought the GTS Dart back to the garage for some suspension adjustments before it gets a front end alignment next week. We mounted and balanced 4 tires for it too,and were able to use the tire equipment without moving a single thing. The garage is becoming functional again!
