One of my son's ordered a new radiator puke tank for his '90 W250. Went with the cheapest price, fastest delivery, expecting Chinese **** for a part like that, that essentially does a **** job, like I would have.

This is what showed up.

I was looking for some -8 push lock hose today on eBay, found one that was decent in price. They spelled synthetic SENTHTEC. That has Chinese garbage written all over it!

I was expecting to see an Asian guy donating organs.

They probably couldn't fit: "Oh Man thats Low"
I guess you'll have to MANually add some at that point.

True enough - but the sad part is they own nearly all the worlds supply of the rare earth metals - which everyone needs - especially us and they have almost all of it. And take a wild guess where maybe the second most loaded country is - try Afghanistan which we just gave to them. How could we have been so stupid not to have recognized that decades ago. We stopped mining for it long ago and don’t have all that much to begin with. Idiots were content to buy from the reds all these years. Watch and see what comes of that not to far down the road.

Praying we slowly pull away from these people someday. I try very hard not to buy from China.

Afghanistan isn't even on the list of top lithium reserves.

Yes - But I’m not referring to lithium - alone. Surely you’ve heard of the “rare earth” metals. If one is lithium - fine. But there is a whole category of these that far exceed just one. They are used in virtually everything electronic - which includes all of our sophisticated defense systems, weaponry, fighter jets, electric grids, name it and there is some form of rare earth material in it.
